Her name was Ilenia Musella, she was 22 years old and a resident of the Conocal Park area, in Ponticelli: she is the girl killed this afternoon with stab wounds to the back.
According to the reconstruction, the young woman, seriously injured, was rushed to Villa Betania but died during the transfer to the Ponticelli hospital.
Investigations entrusted to the State Police
The dynamics of the incident are still being reconstructed and investigations are ongoing.
The Flying Squad, the Ponticelli police station, and the General Prevention Office of the Naples Police Headquarters are working on the case.
"This is a serious situation, a tragedy. And this tragedy must be addressed. I am certain that both the judiciary and the police are already taking action, and we must always place our trust in both the judiciary and the police," said the prefect of Naples, commenting on the news after the summit convened this afternoon at Santa Maria la Carità.
