On the External Ring Road: traffic jam in front of the Secondigliano Roma camp. Carabinieri and firefighters intervened in Naples: the burning wreck was apparently used to block the road after the camp's water supply was cut off. Traffic disruptions and clearing operations are underway.
Tension erupted yesterday afternoon, around 4:30 PM, on Via Circumvallazione Esterna, near number 167, opposite the Secondigliano Roma camp. Unknown assailants set fire to the wreckage of a car, apparently intending to block traffic. The flames and the abandoned vehicle quickly brought traffic to a standstill along the road.
Hypothesis related to the water stop
According to initial reports, the incident was related to the temporary interruption of the camp's water supply due to the repair of a pipeline. This disruption triggered the protest that culminated in the demonstration.
Intervention by the Carabinieri and rescue services
Carabinieri officers, along with personnel from the Secondigliano station, responded to the scene, along with the Fire Department, to secure the scene and extinguish the blaze. ASIA Napoli was also called in to remove the burned vehicle and clear the roadway.
Recovery in progress
The Carabinieri have initiated contact with ABC Napoli technicians to expedite the restoration of water supply. Traffic, which had been blocked for a long time, gradually returned to normal only after the area was cleared and cleaned up.

The article talks about a strange accident and traffic being blocked. But I wonder if other measures were taken to prevent similar problems in the future, because situations like this can happen again.
