Naples - Carabinieri officers from the Napoli Stella station conducted a raid yesterday evening: a 20-year-old man from the neighborhood, already known to law enforcement, was arrested on charges of possession of narcotics for the purpose of dealing.
The operation began during a house search of the young man's home, where he immediately attempted to disrupt the officers' activity by diverting their attention to other areas of the house.
The backpack hidden in the room
Despite attempts to mislead the suspect, the Carabinieri located a suspicious backpack in the 20-year-old's bedroom. Inside, they found approximately 800 grams of drugs, already divided into blocks ready for retail sale.
The seized substances included marijuana, hashish, and industrial hemp. Approximately €3 in cash, believed to be the proceeds of drug dealing, was also found in the same container.
Following the investigation, the young man was arrested and transferred to prison, where he remains at the disposal of the judicial authorities awaiting trial.

It seems to me that this is a serious matter, the Carabinieri intervened but it seems that the social context was not taken into consideration, the young man's family was not interviewed, the house was searched without explanation and the money found is perhaps proceeds but we need checks and not just an arrest.
