Naples – The Colli Hospital, which owns Monaldi Hospital, firmly denies the accusations made yesterday by Francesco Petruzzi, the lawyer representing the parents of little Domenico, who died last Saturday during a transplant.
Perfusion diary already in the folder
In an official statement, the hospital clarified that the perfusion diary—the record of extracorporeal circulation—"is an attachment to the medical records acquired by the judicial authorities on January 20, 2026, and delivered to the family on February 19, 2026."
Today, February 23, the NAS reacquired the document, "acknowledging that it was already included in the delivered medical records."
The response comes after the lawyer's statements, which denounced the diary's absence from the child's medical records.

I don't know if all the dates and facts are correct, but from the hospital note it appears that the diary was already in the file. It would be helpful to have more clarification on how and when the documents were consulted.
I read the news and it seems the documents have been delivered, but there's still a lot of confusion, especially for the relatives. I hope the truth is ascertained calmly and that the procedures are clearly explained to the family without rushing.
