Naples – The hours are numbered for the son of the boss of the Parrocchiella area of the Spanish Quarters, responsible for the stabbing of 19-year-old Francesco Bianco, known as "Kekko," the third son of Neapolitan TikToker Rita De Crescenzo.

The young man arrived in the early afternoon at the emergency room of Vecchio Pellegrini with a stab wound to the leg and more superficial wounds to his hips and buttock, accompanied by a friend after the attack which took place in the Montesanto neighbourhood.

In front of the police, the young man initially offered a series of "I don't remember" statements, referring in general terms to an accident. This version didn't convince the Flying Squad investigators, who were already leaning toward a specific lead.

The trail of the "scion" of the Parish

According to investigations, the stabbing apparently occurred amid conflicts between local youth groups and was allegedly carried out by a man the victim's age, identified as the son of a member of the ruling clan in the Parrocchiella area of the Spanish Quarters.

The suspect reportedly disappeared immediately after the events. The person who urged him to appear, including on social media, was former convicted killer and now TikToker Gennaro Panzuto, who reportedly received a phone call from De Crescenzo herself, describing the incident and identifying the alleged perpetrator.

Feud between baby gangs and recent precedents

The incident is part of a climate of growing tension in the Parrocchiella area, where a feud of sorts has been raging between groups of young people for months. Just three weeks ago, 22-year-old Ciro Basile was injured by gunshots in the same area.

Investigators suspect that the TikTok user's son's injury may be yet another recurrence of the spiral of violence that began with the failed ambush on December 12 in Piazza Carolina, a raid for which seven young people, three of them minors, were arrested.

Panic at Pellegrini, mother questioned

The alarm was raised shortly after 3:00 PM, when Bianco arrived at the Pignasecca emergency room. Within minutes, relatives and friends, including his influencer mother, had gathered in the hospital courtyard, creating moments of intense tension.

Both the young man and Rita De Crescenzo were interviewed by officers from the Flying Squad and the Montecalvario police station. The investigation is now focused on quickly tracking down the perpetrator of the stabbing, while the city center is once again raising concerns about violence among teenagers linked to local criminal circles.

Reading this article, I was struck by the situation developing in the Spanish Quarters. It's sad to see young people involved in violent episodes, but it's unclear whether this feud is truly just between juvenile gangs or whether there are more complex factors at play.
