Bacoli – An incredible case of cruelty emerged on Via Fusaro in Bacoli, where a dog was found tied up and savagely beaten until it was in critical condition.
The animal, the victim of a brutal attack, had very serious injuries consistent with systematic beatings. It was found near a gas station, transforming a residential area into the scene of an atrocity that shocked the entire community.
Other animals at risk
But the alarm isn't limited to the massacred dog. According to reports received by Green-Left Alliance MP Francesco Emilio Borrelli, other dogs are being held in the same area, presumably subjected to constant mistreatment and in extremely dangerous conditions. This situation requires immediate intervention to prevent further tragedies.
Borrelli's complaint
"We are facing an act of unprecedented cruelty," thunders Borrelli. "Anyone who inflicts this kind of cruelty on a pure soul, tying her up and beating her almost to death, is a socially dangerous individual who must be stopped immediately."
The parliamentarian has already mobilized the police, animal rights associations, the Municipality of Bacoli and the veterinary services of the competent ASL to intervene urgently to save the other dogs present on site and identify those responsible.
Request for maximum severity
"We demand that the Prosecutor's Office proceed with the utmost severity," Borrelli urges. "We will not allow this matter to be silenced. The lives of these animals hang by a thread, and every minute is precious to prevent other innocent souls from suffering the same atrocious fate. Anyone who knows, please speak up. Help us hold these barbarians accountable."
Following the latest report, the Municipality of Bacoli and local animal rights groups have already responded to the emergency and ensure the animals in danger are rescued.

It's truly appalling and incomprehensible that a dog can be treated this way. There should be more controls to protect animals from such intolerable abuse. Action must be taken.
