Recale – Carabinieri conducted nighttime checks in Recale, where two local youths, aged 27 and 25, were reported at large for illegal possession of narcotics.
Patrols and car checks
The operation was carried out by members of the Mobile Radio Section of the Santa Maria Capua Vetere Company, engaged in a patrol service aimed at controlling the territory and preventing crimes related to drug dealing and consumption.
The Carabinieri intercepted the two as they were driving a Seat Arona along Via Francesco Cilea, a main street in the city center.
The search and seizure
The check, which began as a routine inspection, aroused the suspicions of the officers, who decided to proceed with a personal and vehicle search.
Three doses of cocaine, weighing approximately four grams in total, were found inside the car and immediately seized.
The complaint
The two young men were reported at large to the competent judicial authority on charges of illegal possession of narcotics.
