During a land survey, members of the Vairano Patenora Carabinieri Forestry Unit discovered a pile of waste illegally dumped on agricultural land in the municipality of San Pietro Infine, in the province of Caserta.
The dump, estimated at approximately 30 cubic meters, contained non-hazardous special waste: pruning and gardening waste, furniture parts and wooden furnishings, paper, and cardboard. Its abandonment violates waste disposal regulations.
Those responsible have been identified
Subsequent investigations led to the identification of the culprits, operating in concert: the owner of the agricultural land and the person who materially carried out the illegal dumping.
Seizure and denunciation
The area was placed under judicial seizure. The two perpetrators were reported to the judicial authorities for dumping non-hazardous special waste on the land.

It's incredible how people can abandon waste on agricultural land. They should be more responsible and respect the environment. I hope the authorities take stricter measures to prevent similar behavior in the future.
