Salerno, fight between minors: 16-year-old stabbed in the back

Salerno – On the night between Saturday and Sunday, a 16-year-old was stabbed during an argument in Salerno's historic center. The incident occurred in Largo Abate Conforti, where the boy was struck in the left side of his back with a knife.

The injuries were superficial and, after receiving treatment at the city hospital, the young man was discharged with a prognosis of thirty days.

Officers from the Salerno Flying Squad responded to the scene and are working to identify the attacker.

According to initial reports, the fight arose over trivial matters, with no involvement of criminal groups. Investigations are continuing to clarify the exact circumstances of the attack.
