Somma Vesuviana: Robbery in the parking lot of a gas station

Three disguised robbers pointed guns at two people parked at a gas station along the SS268, forcing them to hand over cash and personal belongings. No one was injured, and the Carabinieri are investigating.

Somma Vesuviana – Two people were robbed at gunpoint last night while their cars were parked in the parking lot of a gas station on the SS268 in Somma Vesuviana.

According to initial information, the attackers were three masked men who approached the vehicle and, pointing a gun, demanded the victims hand over cash and personal belongings. After the robbery, the robbers fled on foot and disappeared.

Fortunately, no one was injured. The Carabinieri arrived on the scene to conduct routine investigations and interview witnesses and the robbed victims. Investigations are currently underway to reconstruct the exact sequence of events and identify the perpetrators of the robbery.

This is a very bad thing happening in our city. It's never nice to hear about armed robberies in places where one should be safe. Let's hope the police do their job and find those responsible.
