Parete - This morning, the Carabinieri of the Parete Station, in collaboration with the military of the Caserta Labor Inspectorate, carried out an inspection at a supermarket in the city center.
The operation is part of a broader plan of controls aimed at combating undeclared work and ensuring compliance with regulations on safety and worker protection.
Three illegal workers and an administrator reported
Following the investigation, the officers remanded the 42-year-old manager of the business, held responsible for labor violations. During the inspection, they discovered the presence of three employees who were found to be undocumented, either without a valid employment contract or with documentation that did not comply with current regulations.
Administrative fines totaling €20.749,66 were imposed for the violations found.
Suspension of activity
In light of the irregularities discovered, the competent authority has ordered the suspension of business activity until the situation is regularized. The Carabinieri have announced that inspections will continue in the coming days, with the aim of combating undeclared work and ensuring compliance with worker protection regulations.
