Carabinieri from the Trentola Ducenta station executed a warrant for the arrest of a 36-year-old man, a resident of the city, who was sentenced to two years in prison for mistreatment of family members and personal injury. The order was issued by the Criminal Enforcement Office of the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Court of Naples North.
The operation began this morning as part of the control and enforcement activities ordered by the judicial authorities. The man, already known to law enforcement, was located and arrested by the Carabinieri without any particular problems.
The charges for which he was convicted relate to incidents that occurred in the Carinaro area between 2016 and 2019. Following the formal procedures, the 36-year-old was taken to the Santa Maria Capua Vetere prison, where he will remain at the disposal of the competent judicial authorities.
