Orta di Atella – Ha tradito la fiducia concessagli dal Tribunale di Sorveglianza, violando in più occasioni le regole imposte dall’affidamento in prova ai servizi sociali. Per questo motivo, un 29enne con precedenti specifici è stato arrestato dai Carabinieri della Stazione di Orta di Atella, che nella serata di ieri, lunedì 9 marzo 2026, hanno eseguito un ordine di carcerazione nei suoi confronti.
The alternative measure and the violations
The order, issued by the Naples Surveillance Office, stems from a previous conviction for illegal possession of narcotics. On that occasion, the judge granted the 29-year-old the option of serving his sentence on probation, a measure that provides for a process of social reintegration under the supervision and support of social services.
However, the man, originally from the Caserta area but actually resident in the Naples area and domiciled in Orta di Atella, did not comply with the imposed obligations.
Investigations and revocation of the benefit
During the scheduled checks, the Carabinieri documented several repeated instances of non-compliance with the regulations. The information gathered was promptly forwarded to the competent judicial authority, which assessed the severity and recurrence of the behavior. In light of this, the court revoked the alternative measure, ordering the young man's imprisonment.
The Carabinieri then located the 29-year-old at his home in Orta di Atella. After serving the restraining order and completing the necessary formalities, the man was placed under arrest and subsequently taken to the Santa Maria Capua Vetere prison, where he will remain at the disposal of the judicial authorities.
I can't say exactly, but the story seems strange and a bit hasty. The foster care was revoked after multiple violations. The Carabinieri did their duty, but perhaps there was a lack of real support for the reintegration. We hope he understands and doesn't repeat these mistakes.
