Afragola – He is accused of killing his fourteen-year-old ex-girlfriend by repeatedly hitting her in the head with a rock. For this reason, the North Naples Prosecutor's Office has requested the indictment of Alessio Tucci, 19, for the aggravated voluntary manslaughter of Martina Carbonaro, killed on May 26 in Afragola, near Naples.

The preliminary hearing

The young man's case will be examined on April 2nd before the preliminary hearing judge of the Naples North Court, Pia Sordetti. The Prosecutor's Office alleges several aggravating circumstances, including abject and frivolous motives, the victim's minority, and the previous emotional relationship between the defendant and the girl.

The contested aggravating circumstances

According to the prosecution's line of reasoning, the murder was also committed by taking advantage of the remote location: an abandoned area where the fourteen-year-old would have had no way to call for help. The aggravating circumstance of cruelty, however, is not contested.

Behavior after the crime

After the murder, Tucci allegedly took part in the search for the young woman, feigning innocence and contributing to the efforts to find her, a circumstance considered indicative of an attempt to mislead the investigation.
