A violent raid in the middle of the night, followed by a brawl and a gun emerging from the chaos of the bar. It happened between Monday and Tuesday at the Bellagio bar, on Via Atellana in Arzano, where an argument between two groups of youths escalated into a physical fight, with beatings and threats.

In the scuffle, a firearm was allegedly discovered, described as ready for use, with a round in the chamber and the safety catch off. This, investigators believe, raises the level of danger of the incident and clarifies why it is considered a homicide that could only have been prevented by immediate intervention.

The arrival of the Carabinieri from the Grumo Nevano station was crucial, interrupting the armed group's action and causing them to flee.

The escape lasted an hour: they were identified thanks to the cameras

The hunt for those responsible was short-lived. The police acquired and reviewed footage from the bar's security cameras and, in less than an hour, identified the alleged attackers. The following arrests were made at their homes: Luigi Fiore, 23, with no criminal record; Antonio Hadisliman, 19, with no criminal record; and Daniele Silvestre, 22, already known to law enforcement.

The searches and the Beretta 7,65 with seven shots

During the searches, the Carabinieri found a 7,65 caliber Beretta with seven rounds in the magazine in the 22-year-old's bedroom. The weapon still retains its serial number, allowing investigators to trace its formal owner, a 40-year-old man who admitted to selling it three years ago, but did not notify the authorities of the sale or provide the buyer's identity. This led to a criminal complaint against him at large.

One of the two assaulted men, a 22-year-old from Grumo Nevano, also found himself in trouble: under a residency order in his municipality, he allegedly provided false information to the police. He was charged with both violation of the order and making false statements.

The accusations and the transfer to Poggioreale

The three arrested individuals face charges of aggravated brawl, battery, aggravated threats, receiving stolen goods, and illegal possession and carrying of a weapon. By order of the public prosecutor on duty at the Naples North Prosecutor's Office, led by Domenico Airoma, they were transferred to Poggioreale prison pending a validation hearing.

A crucial point remains unclear: the attack was apparently preceded by a shot, and investigators are verifying whether the gun that was subsequently seized was actually the one that fired it.

Ballistic tests: looking for a link to other crimes

The Beretta has been sent to the Carabinieri ballistics unit. Tests will determine whether the weapon was used in previous violent incidents or intimidating raids, a key investigative point that could broaden the scope of the investigation well beyond the Bellagio bar brawl.
