Caivano – A morning of solidarity and civic duty transformed the Parish of San Paolo Apostolo, in the heart of Parco Verde, into a hub for blood donations.

The extraordinary initiative organized by DonatoriNati – Polizia di Stato, in collaboration with the Misericordia di Napoli Sanità, saw an extraordinary turnout from the very first hours, with lines of citizens, regular volunteers, and new donors determined to contribute to the common good.

The parish priest's support and the message of legality and altruism. At the heart of the day was the presence of Don Maurizio Patriciello, parish priest of the community and a symbol of civic and spiritual commitment in the area.

The priest wanted to personally testify to the importance of the gesture of giving, emphasizing how solidarity represents one of the pillars of redemption and growth for a community often challenged by difficulties.

Since dawn, the bloodmobile positioned in the churchyard has welcomed a steady stream of people. The enthusiasm shown by the Caivano residents has confirmed the neighborhood's deeply rooted culture of donation and their trust in the organizations that work every day to ensure sufficient blood supplies for hospitals.

"Whoever donates blood, donates life": the appeal from President Delli Paoli. "Whoever donates blood, donates life." This slogan was emphatically echoed by Tommaso Delli Paoli, president of DonatoriNati Campania, who wanted to highlight the profound value of a seemingly simple gesture, yet one capable of saving lives.

"Every donation is an act of altruism and civic responsibility," said Delli Paoli. "We must continue to spread this awareness, especially among young people, because only in this way can we build a more united and supportive society."

A model of collaboration between institutions, law enforcement and volunteers

The event saw the active participation of representatives of the State Police and Fire Brigade, confirming the essential synergy between public bodies, law enforcement, parishes, and volunteer associations in responding to ongoing transfusion emergencies.

The organizers are thrilled with the response from the community: "A small gesture that translates into a great act of love," they comment. "Donating blood means making a concrete contribution to the common good and strengthening the social fabric of the area." This is a positive sign for Caivano, which, thanks to events like this, continues to demonstrate its ability to respond generously to the calls of solidarity.
