Even the precautionary measure of house arrest he was already under did not stop. Salvatore Falco, a 49-year-old from Caivano already known to law enforcement, was arrested by Carabinieri officers from the Caivano Company after being found in possession of drugs ready for retail sale.
Control and seizure
The Carabinieri carried out a search at the man's home—the same one where he was forced to remain by law—and found 19 grams of cocaine already divided into doses, €220 in banknotes of various denominations believed to be the proceeds of drug dealing, and a precision scale, likely used to weigh the narcotics.
In prison for drug dealing
This clear picture led to the immediate arrest of the 49-year-old. Falco will now face charges of possession with intent to distribute narcotics. The judicial authorities have ordered his transfer to prison, thus worsening his situation with respect to the restrictive measure already in place.
The incident is part of a broader anti-drug operation conducted by the Carabinieri in Caivano, an area that has long been the focus of law enforcement operations.

It seems like a strange story to me, but I don't understand how the police managed to find the cocaine in the house where he was under house arrest. Perhaps there was a tip-off or someone who had seen movement. In any case, the stuff seems to have already been divided into doses and the money found speaks for itself.
