Caserta – The Caserta Financial Police arrested a 28-year-old resident of Teano after finding over half a kilo of narcotics and three thousand euros in cash in his possession. The operation was triggered by a tailing operation conducted by officers from the Piedimonte Matese station, who became suspicious of the man's movements while he was driving his car.
The check and the search
The arrest occurred in the municipality of Vairano Patenora, where the finance police conducted a traffic stop. A subsequent search of the young man's car and home revealed material believed to be related to drug dealing.
Inside the apartment, officers found a bag containing over half a kilo of drugs, including cocaine, hashish, and marijuana, as well as three thousand euros in cash. They also seized a precision scale and various tools used to package the doses.
The 28-year-old was arrested and taken to the attention of the judicial authorities. The preliminary investigations judge subsequently confirmed the arrest, imposing a precautionary measure requiring the suspect to report to the judicial police.
It seems like normal news to me, I don't judge but it seems like a complicated case, but I don't know if the evidence was so clear, they found money and drugs but the procedure seems a bit rushed, the boy was taken away and now he will have to appear before the police, I wonder if the defense will have a chance to explain all the facts or if something has been misunderstood.
