The Teatro Totò's season continues, welcoming the comedy "Fatti un amico," starring Marco Lanzuise and Salvatore Turco, to its stage this weekend. The play will run from Friday, March 13th to Sunday, March 15th, with a double performance scheduled for Saturday.
The play was co-written by the actors themselves and directed by Marco Lanzuise, while the stage space at the theater on Via Foria is curated by Gaetano Liguori. The two actors thus return to the public with a new theatrical project following the successes achieved in recent years with the "The Mast" saga.
For this new artistic adventure, Lanzuise and Turco have chosen to temporarily put aside the characters of the employer and his employee that have made them popular, to try their hand at a comedy built on brilliant and dynamic humour.
The show unfolds through a theatrical narrative rich in rhythm and irony, where paradoxical situations, sudden reversals, and moments of reflection alternate effortlessly. The narrative touches on current and everyday themes, while maintaining the connection to the Neapolitan comic tradition that continues to captivate audiences.
At the heart of the story is a simple yet profound question: why make a friend? The answer unfolds directly on stage, through gags, jokes, and moments of comedy that invite spectators to recognize the weaknesses and small truths of the human soul.

I like the show but I don't always understand the jokes, sometimes the pace is forced, the scene seems repetitive but there are sincere moments that strike me, the actors seem to speak truthfully but sometimes they exaggerate, the story is about friendship but you don't know how to develop it well.
