A routine check-up has turned into a more complex intervention for the police of the Territorial Department of Mondragone, engaged in extraordinary surveillance throughout the area, with particular attention to individuals subject to restrictive measures. The incident occurred on the afternoon of Monday, March 9, in the town of Pescopagano.
Carabinieri officers went to Via degli Innamorati to verify that a 33-year-old man was complying with his house arrest. However, once they reached the apartment, the situation quickly escalated. According to the investigation, the 33-year-old and his brother, who was present at the residence, reacted hostilely to the check.
The two, visibly agitated, allegedly attempted to prevent the Carabinieri from accessing the apartment, even physically blocking the front door with their bodies to prevent their investigation. The officers then intervened to restore order and complete the required check.
Following the investigation, the 33-year-old was arrested red-handed on charges of resisting a public officer, while his brother, who is a few years older, was reported at large for the same crime. The arrested man was taken to the police station for formalities and subsequently held in holding cells, at the disposal of the judicial authorities.

I don't think the situation is entirely clear: the Carabinieri had gone to check, but the man and his brother blocked the door with their bodies and wouldn't let him in. After the officers intervened, a disturbance ensued, and then the arrest was made. It all remains a bit confusing.
