Angelo Gregucci and Salvatore Foti each received a ten-match suspension. This was decided by the FIGC's National Federal Tribunal, which sanctioned the two coaches for failing to comply with federal regulations regarding coaching roles and qualifications.
According to the Federal Prosecutor's Office's reconstruction, Foti would have effectively served as coach of Sampdoria's first team despite being formally registered as an assistant coach and without having the UEFA Pro qualification, the qualification required to manage a team in professional leagues.
At the same time, Gregucci – contractually designated as head coach – was accused of having signed up for the position without actually exercising the operational functions, effectively allowing Foti to serve as the team's technical director during the Serie B championship without the necessary qualifications.
For these violations, the Federal Court imposed a ten-match ban for both, to be served while they were actually coaching. The incident also resulted in sanctions for the Blucerchiati club. Sampdoria was fined €5, while President Matteo Manfredi and Director and CEO of the Football Area, Jesper Fredberg, were given two-month suspensions.

It seems to me to be a fairly neutral decision, but also confusing: it seems the roles were not clarified and there was some sort of document contamination. Gregucci signed without actually performing his operational duties, and Foti drove without UEFA certification; the club now faces fines and suspension.
