An afternoon of ordinary school activities turned into moments of intense tension and outrage in the Bagnoli neighborhood. Carabinieri officers from the Naples Mobile Radio Unit responded urgently to Via Pozzuoli, alerted to the presence of a man committing obscene acts right in front of the "Madonna Assunta" comprehensive school.
The arrest of the predator
The 51-year-old was caught and stopped by the police while he was lowering his pants in public. The incident was made even more serious because it occurred just as the young students were supposed to be dismissing school, exposing the children and parents present to a degrading and dangerous scene.
The transfer to prison
Subsequent investigations revealed that the man was no stranger to similar behavior: he had a prior conviction for similar offenses. He was arrested on charges of indecent exposure in a public place and, by order of the judicial authorities, was transferred directly to prison.
