Given the previous convictions and the quantity found, the Carabinieri decided to extend the search to a garage owned by the young man. Inside the premises, law enforcement discovered a cache containing nine additional blocks of hashish, weighing approximately 890 grams, an additional 92 grams of cocaine, and various materials used for weighing and packaging.
The transfer to prison
The 24-year-old was arrested on charges of possession of narcotics for the purpose of trafficking. After completing the formal procedures, he was transferred to prison, pending the judicial authorities' decision.
