A 36-year-old man, resident of Sant'Antimo, was arrested by Carabinieri officers from the Giugliano in Campania Operations and Mobile Unit as part of an investigation coordinated by the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Naples North Court. Currently, the man is seriously suspected of attempted murder.
The investigation began following a street fight between two people, during which a man was reportedly stabbed twice in the abdomen.
The investigations, conducted through the analysis of video surveillance images and the testimonies collected, allowed investigators to acquire evidence deemed relevant against the suspect.
Tracked down by the military, the 36-year-old was taken to Secondigliano prison, where he remains at the disposal of the judicial authorities pending the hearing to validate his arrest.
