Giugliano – 10:20 PM Friday evening. Carabinieri officers, along with firefighters, responded urgently to Via Vicinale 100 for a fire that had broken out inside a residential building. When emergency services arrived, two people were inside the apartment: a 48-year-old woman and her 5-year-old son.

Both were extracted and immediately taken to medical attention. The woman and child were transported to the Santobono Pediatric Hospital in Naples with a yellow code for minor burns.
