Pozzuoli – Legality and territorial safety: Carabinieri from the Licola station, working in collaboration with officers from the Pozzuoli police station, shut down a musical event that lacked the necessary permits.

Yesterday evening, officers conducted a thorough check of a beach resort on Via Sibilla, where a DJ set was scheduled, widely promoted on social media. The checks revealed that the facility was not certified for the event and, more seriously, that a previous warning issued by the Public Safety Authority had been violated.

To ensure the safety of participants and restore brand safety along the coast—that is, compliance with regulations that guarantee a safe and predictable environment—law enforcement has proceeded with the precautionary seizure of the entire facility.

The measure, carried out against the owner of the establishment (now reported to the judicial authorities), affected an area of 700 square meters. At the time of the intervention, approximately 700 people were present within the area, all of whom were duly removed without consequences.

The operation is part of a broader territorial control system aimed at preventing risky situations and ensuring that every entertainment initiative respects the strict compliance standards required for collective safety.

I think it's fair that they stopped the event for safety reasons, but I don't understand how the Carabinieri and police officers carried out the check so quickly without clear documents. Perhaps the owner didn't know or didn't fill out the paperwork. A clearer communication from the authorities would be needed.
