Naples – Tomorrow morning, April 10, 2026, the celebrations for the 174th anniversary of the State Police will begin at 9:00 a.m. with the laying of a laurel wreath at the War Memorial of the Naples Police Headquarters, on Via Diaz, in the presence of the Prefect of Naples.
The official ceremony will begin at 11:00 a.m. in Piazza del Plebiscito, with the reading of institutional messages, a speech by the Naples Police Chief, a screening of the institutional video, and the presentation of awards to deserving personnel.
From honoring the fallen to demonstrations of specialty
Afterwards, the public will be able to explore the spaces dedicated to the various specialties of the State Police: from the Nautical Squad to the Canine Handlers, from the Mounted Unit to the Bomb Squad, as well as visit the stand of the "This Is Not Love" campaign against gender violence, with a camper equipped to support victims.
The Forensic Police with a mobile laboratory, the Cyber Security Operations Center, and the Highway, Railway, and Border Police units will also be present, along with Fiamme Oro athletes and DonatoriNati volunteers. The stands will remain open until 7:00 PM, while the entire ceremony will be broadcast live on the Facebook page @questuradinapoli.

I'm following the event live on the police headquarters' Facebook page, but the connection sometimes cuts out and the translation isn't perfect. It would be helpful to have precise times for the demonstrations and maps of the stands, especially for families and people with mobility issues.
