"With this plaque, Naples is giving back a tangible sign of affection and gratitude to Aldo Giuffré," she declared, calling him "an ambassador of Neapolitan culture and irony to the world."
The memory of the actor, who passed away in 2010, is intertwined with the history of Italian theater and cinema. A highly versatile figure, Giuffré spanned decades of performance, collaborating with Eduardo's theater and also establishing himself on the big screen as a refined and recognizable performer.
