Pozzuoli – Carabinieri from the Licola station, during a patrol on Via Del Mare in Pozzuoli, spotted a man leaning against a lamppost. He is Ettore Maltese, a 42-year-old local man already known to law enforcement.
The suspicious behavior prompted the police to conduct an immediate search. Two amounts of hashish intended for personal use were found on the man.
Not satisfied with the discovery, the Carabinieri extended their search to Maltese's home. There, they seized 400 grams of hashish, divided into four blocks, and 65 grams of cocaine contained in a single package.
The 42-year-old was arrested on charges of possession of narcotics for the purpose of trafficking. He is currently in prison, awaiting a summary trial.

I read the news and it seems strange. The Carabinieri found the man leaning against the pole; he had two doses on him, and then 400g of bars of coke and coke at his home. I don't know if he's truly guilty or if there are mitigating circumstances. It all seems unclear. Let's hope justice takes its course.
