Today, the preliminary hearing of the 55-year-old woman from Montesarchio, assisted by lawyer Vittorio Fucci, will take place before the investigating judge of the Benevento Court. She is under investigation for stalking her ex-partner and his family.
According to the investigation, for approximately five years after the end of an extramarital affair, the woman allegedly continued to engage in behavior deemed persecutory towards the man and his family, consisting of his wife and two minor children.
In light of the evidence gathered, the investigating judge of the Benevento Court ordered the suspect to be prohibited from approaching the injured parties, wearing an electronic bracelet, and to maintain a distance of no less than one kilometer.
The precautionary measure was issued following an investigation conducted by the Carabinieri and coordinated by the Benevento Prosecutor's Office.

According to the prosecution's approach, the circumstantial evidence would have been based on footage from the municipal video surveillance system, statements made by the victims, including minors, and testimonies gathered during the investigations. The judge deemed these elements sufficient to justify the measure, also considering the risk of repetition of the alleged conduct.
The hearing is expected today, with the 55-year-old woman and her lawyer, Vittorio Fucci, in attendance.
