The investigation, conducted by the Carabinieri, allowed them to reconstruct what happened on January 20th on Via Napoli, where a violent argument between several people broke out, resulting in a brawl in which some of the participants sustained injuries.

The seven people charged—aged between 17 and 28, all foreigners, some of whom were already known to law enforcement—reside in Capua and surrounding municipalities. Among them are several minors. The respective judicial authorities, both ordinary and juvenile, were informed by the Carabinieri of the Capua station, who conducted the investigation.
