On Wednesday 3 June, a crucial hearing for the future of the SS was held at the Court of Naples. Juve Stabia 1907, chaired by Dr. Teresa Areniello.
The meeting was attended by Deputy National Prosecutor Antonello Ardituro, Deputy Prosecutor of the DDA Francesco De Falco, Francesco Agnello's lawyers, as well as representatives of the two companies interested in acquiring the team's shares: Alfredo Guerri for Domus Srl and a mediator for Swiss Gulf Holding Srl.
During the meeting, judicial administrators Salvatore Scarpa and Mario Ferrara explained that, on June 1, 2026, before Notary Stefano Borrelli, a resolution was passed to increase the company's capital to €6.901.000. This action was necessary to comply with the parameters required by the FIGC for the registration of the company. Juve Stabia to the 2026-2027 Serie B championship.
The recapitalization was first proposed to Francesco Agnello, the current shareholder of Stabia Capital Srl, with a deadline of 23:59 PM on Monday, June 8. Subsequently, the offer will be extended to the two companies that expressed interest and were present at today's hearing.
The Court finally ordered the next session to be postponed until June 10th at 12:30 PM for updates on the recapitalization process and acquisition of company shares.
I don't quite understand, the hearing on Wednesday 3 seems like a mess: the Court said it was postponed but then the capital numbers 6901000 were written strangely, and the offer to Agnel1o was then extended to Domus and SwissGulpholding without clear documents, the recapitalization seems confusing and the notaries are speaking strangely.
