During a check carried out by the Carabinieri of the local station, a 46-year-old man from Avellino was arrested for possession and use of false documents.
The arrest took place in the post office on Via Bachelet in San Giorgio a Cremano, where the subject was caught while attempting to activate a prepaid card using the fake identity of a 62-year-old man.
After verifying the individual's true identity, the officers immediately arrested him and transferred him to a holding cell. The man will now face charges before Judge Giancarlo Nunziata and is currently awaiting trial.
