Judge Paglionico, despite the harsh closing argument and the clearly contrary opinion expressed by the Juvenile Prosecutor's Office, Ettore La Ragione, granted the boys a mitigation of their precautionary measures. This represents a genuine institutional boost to their social reintegration, made possible above all by the extraordinarily mature behavior of the victim.

Bruno Petrone, who after long months of ordeal and medical rehabilitation has finally resumed his competitive activity by signing with Angri, insisted on being present at all costs.
