Monza has officially signed Cyril Ngonge on loan from Napoli, with a contract running until June 30, 2027, with an option to buy for the Lombardy club. The Belgian winger, born in 2000, boasts a wealth of international experience and a cap for the Belgian senior national team.
Having developed at Club Brugge, where he also made his Champions League debut, Ngonge honed his talent in the Eredivisie with RKC Waalwijk and Groningen, before moving to Serie A with Hellas Verona in 2023.
Here he stood out with 11 goals in 36 games, contributing to the team's survival with a decisive brace in the play-off against Spezia. In January 2024, he moved to Napoli, where he played 35 games and won the Scudetto in the 2024-2025 season.
After a loan spell at Torino and an initial stint in La Liga with Espanyol, Ngonge is now preparing to relaunch himself in Serie A with Monza. His versatility and pace make him a valuable asset for the Brianza club, which aims to consolidate its position in the top flight.
