The Politeama di Napoli is launching its season ticket campaign for the 2026/27 theater season, offering a selection that allows audiences to freely choose dates and seats for a diverse program of cultural events. The season, held at Via Monte di Dio 80, includes nine performances, including plays, comedies, musicals, and Neapolitan folk theater, with a special focus on contemporary productions and local talent.

The inauguration will be held by Massimo Ranieri, who will perform the musical "Tutti i sogni ancora in volo... e continuato a volare" (All Dreams Still in Flight... and They Continue to Fly) from November 21 to 23, 2026. Ranieri himself conceived and wrote the show with Edoardo Falcone. Following this, from December 12 to 13, Gianfranco Gallo will present "Ti ho sposo per ignorina" (I Married You Out of Ignorance), a comedy dedicated to Neapolitan comic theater, with a cast that includes Gianluca Di Gennaro, Bianca Gallo, Mirea Flavia Stellato, Alfonso Strumolo, and Alessia Cacace.

On December 19th and 20th, "Tenente Colombo: Analisi di un omicidio" (Lieutenant Colombo: Analysis of a Murder) will be performed, starring Pietro Bontempo, Gianluca Ramazzotti, Sara Ricci, Samuela Sardo, and featuring Nini Salerno, directed by Marcello Cotugno. Shortly after Christmas, on December 26th and 27th, Andrea Sannino will perform "Semplicemente Andrè," a musical show directed by Mauro Spenillo.

From January 6 to 10, 2027, the show “'A voce d'e criature,” written and directed by Ciro Villano with music by Gianni Fiorellino, will tell stories of redemption inspired by the actions of Don Luigi Merola.

Alongside traditional theatre, the season will host a series of off-stage performances, with four events starting on 27 October 2026 with “Les Chanteuses” by Laura and Roberta Misticone, moving on to “Restituta” (3-4 November), “Cellophane” with Natalia Cretella (1-2 December) and “What Does Christmas Taste Like?” (15-16 December) by Carlo Caracciolo and Shizuka Salvemini.

There will also be non-subscription events such as “Michelangelo from Caravaggio to Rebel Rock Musical” (November 26), “Coup d’Etat” (November 27), “The Topo Gigio Musical” (December 8), “The Nutcracker – Russian Classical Ballet” (January 12, 2027) and “Daniele racconta Daniele” (May 7, 2027), with other surprises to come.
