On September 17th, at 6:30 PM, the Circolo Canottieri Napoli will host the presentation of the book "Memorie di cucina napoletana" (Memories of Neapolitan Cuisine) by Annalisa Aurioso, a young food writer making her publishing debut. The event will offer enthusiasts an immersive experience in Naples' rich gastronomic tradition, illustrated through over eighty previously unpublished recipes.

The author has collected and narrated a food and wine heritage that spans memory, observation, and research, capturing not only the flavors and aromas but also the stories and places that have shaped Neapolitan cuisine. The text stands out for its accessible and engaging style, paying homage to conviviality as a foundational element of the city's culture.

The event will be attended by the president of the Circolo Canottieri, Professor Giancarlo Bracale, and Gian Nicola De Simone, the lawyer and cultural advisor, who will introduce the evening. Readings by Francesco De Simone and moderated by journalist Elena Barbato will ensure a lively and thought-provoking discussion.

After the presentation, there will be a book signing with the author. The book is already available on Amazon, offering an opportunity for anyone who wants to explore or rediscover Naples' culinary tradition through a fresh and authentic perspective.
