Rectifications, Corrections and Right of Reply
Chronicles of Campania guarantees the right of reply and rectification as provided by law,
on equal terms with the published news.
What is rectification?
The right of rectification consists in the faculty, on the part of the subjects whose images have been diffused
or to whom acts, thoughts, statements, declarations contrary to the truth have been attributed,
to request the dissemination of their own reply statements.
Each report is taken into account and evaluated by the editorial staff and, when necessary,
we proceed with correction, integration or rectification.
How to submit a rectification request
You can send the request via email or certified email, clearly indicating:
- il link (URL) of the article concerned
- i passaggi to be rectified or corrected
- la corrected version of the facts (with any sources/documents)
- name and surname of the applicant and a contact number

Editorial commitment and checks
The editors of Chronicles of Campania
and the Editor-in-Chief Joseph Del Gaudio they carry out daily checks
to ensure the authoritativeness of the published news, through checks with certified sources
(press offices, official sources, interested parties).
Readers' reports are checked and, if sufficient evidence emerges,
the editorial staff proceeds with the necessary updates.
