This morning, the Naples Flying Squad executed a precautionary custody order issued by the GIP of the Court of Naples at the request of the Naples DDA against Andrea Manna, 43 years old, nicknamed 'cioccolata'; Nicola Sequino, 51 years old, and Vincenzo Troncone, 53 years old.
The defendants are called to answer, in conjunction with other individuals already convicted in separate proceedings, for aggravated homicide. This is a case dating back to 2006 and, in particular, the murder of Prestigiacomo Vincenzo, which occurred in Naples on 30.10.2006, in via Porta di San Gennaro. The murder matured in the Camorra war in progress in the Sanità district between the Misso clan, of which the victim was a member, and the clan headed by Turin Salvatore. Specifically, Prestigiacomo Vincenzo was the husband of Misso Celeste, sister of the more well-known criminals Michelangelo, Giuseppe and Emiliano Zapata.
The investigations, carried out by the Flying Squad under the coordination of the DDA, have allowed the acquisition of various types of evidence to the statements of the collaborators of justice, so much so as to outline a serious circumstantial framework against the suspects who were the recipients of the measure.
