Arzano. Illegal villa of boss Luigi Piscopo, the TAR rejects the appeal. From the technical office still no acquisition to the municipal heritage.

The building abuses were allegedly carried out by the clan leader Piscopo, who was arrested by the Carabinieri disguised as bathers because he had escaped from blitz of April 25 last that led to the imprisonment of 28 members of the 167 cartel. The anti-Camorra blitz had been planned by the Carabinieri of the local Arzano branch with the assistance of the municipal technical office which was responsible for drawing up a specific report on the state of the premises.
