Starting March 1st, students from Campania will be able to participate in the competition through videos and drawings on the theme of bullying and cyberbullying.

A social challenge for schools, a series of information meetings involving 10.000 students and an awareness campaign involving sports and entertainment personalities, including Napoli footballer Alessio Zerbin, rapper Clementino and actor Sergio Assisi.
“Bulli di sapone – rispetto e gentilissimo contro la violenza” (Soap Bullies – Respect and kindness against violence) is officially underway, a project planned and financed by the Campania Region (POC 2014-2020) through Scabec, which involves the implementation of a series of activities aimed at preventing bullying among children, enhancing diversity and developing empathy towards others. Starting tomorrow, March 1st, primary and secondary schools in the Campania region will be able to participate in the competition by creating awareness-raising videos and drawings on the issues of combating bullying and cyberbullying (rules on www.scabec.it).
The social challenge #bullidisapone involves middle and high school students in the creation and production of a video (under 60 seconds, to be sent by April 14) that addresses some fundamental themes related to bullying: respect for others, there are no strong and weak but only different ways of reacting, kindness as a tool to combat bullying. The best 20 will be identified by an evaluation commission and published on the Scabec Tik-Tok account for the next phase of social voting. The best 3 videos will win the competition: the most viral (with the most shares), the one with the most likes and the best according to a specialized jury. The winners will obtain the diffusion of the videos on the official channels of the project partners and free participation (including the transfer) in a cultural promotion event organized by Scabec.
The challenge for primary schools instead aims to involve children in the creation of a drawing (to be sent by April 30): the best 10 for creativity and ability to spread the message expressed will be awarded. The winning drawings will be used to create the covers of the gadgets (recycled paper notebooks) distributed during the awards ceremony; the authors and their classmates will participate in an educational visit to the Museo Archeologico Virtuale di Ercolano (MAV), the Museo d'Arte Contemporanea Donnaregina (MADRE) and Città della Scienza in Naples. The awards ceremony will be held by the end of May.
In conjunction with the competition, a series of informative and educational meetings will be launched, both in person and online, involving over 50 schools in Campania and 10.000 students. The meetings, held by experts in the field of human sciences, will focus on the themes of racism and bullying contained in the short film Il seme della Speranza by Nando Morra, who also wrote the screenplay with Marta Gervasutti, produced in 2021 by Rampa Film Aps. Afterwards, students and teachers will participate in an open debate with the director and cast.
Finally, the awareness campaign launched on February 7 in collaboration with SSC Napoli and which had as its testimonial Alessio Zerbin, 23-year-old footballer of the Azzurri, top of the Serie A championship and of the National team, followed by young people on social networks, was a great success. “Make a difference, choose respect” is the final message of his video which has so far received 500 thousand views on social networks.
Zerbin's voice was joined by those of influencers, tiktokers and personalities from the world of sports and entertainment, including the rapper Clementino, the actor Sergio Assisi, the singer-songwriter Maurizio Capone, the singers Flo and Dario Sansone, the director and actor Nando Morra, some protagonists of the most clicked videos on social networks such as Fernanda Pinto of Casa Surace, Stefania Bendato, Ludovica Tomasoni, Gaetano Balestra, Marianna Diletto, and other protagonists of the most loved sport in Italy such as the goalkeeper of US Salernitana 1919 Luigi Sepe.
“The “Bulli di sapone” project, presented during the Regional Week against bullying and cyberbullying, comes to life with the challenge launched on social networks by testimonials very close to the world of young people — declared the Sole Director of Scabec, Pantaleone Annunziata —. It is no coincidence that it is a social challenge, both because the virtual one, preferred by the youngest, was chosen as the "competition field", and because it is online that bullying often occurs, a phenomenon that must necessarily be prevented, first and foremost by institutions. The Campania Region, through Scabec, is committed to involving children and adolescents in the construction of a profitable interaction aimed at relaunching fundamental messages such as the valorization of diversity, for the development of empathy towards others and a critical sense devoid of hatred. For this reason, we invite all schools to participate in an initiative that aims to bring back to the center of the students' world two essential qualities to counteract any aggressive and violent behavior: kindness and respect. "
“Bulli di sapone – rispetto e gentilissimo contro la violenza” is a project created in collaboration with the Regional School Office, the Corecom Campania, the Regional Youth Forum, the Regional Forum of School Parents' Associations and the Agency for the Guarantee of Childhood and Adolescence.
