SThe gang of migrants who robbed the inhabitants of the historic center of Napoli.

In fact, the officers executed an order for the application of a precautionary measure issued by the GIP of the Court of Napoli, at the request of the Public Prosecutor's Office, against three non-EU citizens, AI, a Liberian born in 70, for whom precautionary custody in prison was ordered, SK, an Ivorian born in 88 for whom house arrest was ordered and FS, a Tunisian born in 58, for whom the obligation to report to the judicial police was established.

In fact, the three non-EU citizens were allegedly responsible for a series of robberies – at least five episodes were reconstructed by investigators from the Naples Flying Squad – which involved the area of ​​the historic center and Corso Umberto I, all committed with the same modus operandi.

The three, in fact, used to follow the victims as they returned home, and then attack them as they were about to enter the front door of their homes, committing the robbery and threatening the victims with cutting weapons.

In one of these episodes, they also allegedly used violence against a young university student.

At the conclusion of immediate information-investigative activity articulated through the acquisition and analysis of images provided by video surveillance systems present in the area, serious evidence of guilt was acquired against the suspects who, among other things, following photographic identification, were recognized by the victims.
