Alfonso Bolognesi and Raffaele Crisileo: a tragedy lived together. New presentation of their book in Maddaloni at the “Fondazione Villaggio dei Ragazzi di Don Salvatore D'Angelo”
Next Wednesday 8th March at 10.00 at the “Fondazione Villaggio dei Ragazzi di Don Salvatore D'Angelo” in Maddaloni the second presentation of the volume.
The event will be moderated by university professor Mena Minafra. Testimonial will be the well-known Roman criminal lawyer Giuseppe Cincioni, a long-time lawyer of the Great School of Law of the late Prof. Giovanni Arico'. The institutional greetings will precede the Extraordinary Commissioner of the Foundation Dr. Felicio De Luca and the Dean of Criminal Lawyers, the lawyer Vittorio Giaquinto. Then important speakers, Prof. Raffaele Santoro, the journalist Ernesto Genoni and the lawyer Mario Romano, will question themselves on the themes covered in the book: from judicial error, to possible prison, to the theme of the trial and the mass media up to the testimony of the protagonist of the story and the motivations that inspired the author of the book.
A true story, that of Alfonso Bolognesi, concluded after 14 years of trials. Guest the author of the volume Raffaele Crisileo and with him the "Innocent Victim" protagonist of the book: Marshal Alfonso Bolognesi.
He will tell his experience in prison as an innocent man. Afterwards, the lawyer Mario Romano, the journalist Ernesto Genoni, the professor Raffaele Santoro will intervene. The author, the lawyer Raffaele G. Crisileo, will conclude.
The book is having a great success and other presentations are planned also in Detention Institutions.
The story of Marshal Bolognesi continues to move Italians. As commander of the Carabinieri, he was subjected to three criminal proceedings for 14 years and sentenced, for one of these, after 5 degrees of judgment, to 4 years in prison.
