CThere are the stories and reports of seven informants who nail the two clans defeated yesterday by a joint operation of the Carabinieri and the police in the Vesuvian municipalities and which led to 14 people being sent to prison.
The collaborators of justice Cristiano Piezzo, Daniele Baselice, Fortunato Piezzo, Massimo Pelliccia, Tommaso Schisa, Rosario Rolletta and Emanuele Palmieri all linked to the Mazzarella and De Luca Bossa Minichini Schisa clans of San Giovanni a Teduccio and Ponticelli have revealed the background and the genesis of the clash between the clans of Roberto De Bernardo linked to the Mazzarella and that of Roberto D'Ambrosio linked to the rivals.
The Camorristi originally from the neighborhoods of East Naples had moved in the years since then to the nearby Vesuvian municipalities of Cercola, Sant'Anastasia and Somma Vesuviana and took advantage of the power vacuum created by the arrests of Giovanni D'Avino “'o bersagliere”, Eugenio D'Atri and Nicola Zucaro and the deaths of Gennaro De Bernardo and Vincenzo De Bernardo “'o pisello”, (father of the new boss Roberto arrested yesterday) killed on November 11, 2015 in the context of the war with the Sibillo of Forcella.
The De Bernardo and D'Ambrosio clans had taken advantage of the power vacuum in the Vesuvian area
Roberto De Bernardo, together with his cousin Daniele Baselice, now a collaborator of justice, with the stable operational support of several associates and the endorsement of the Mazzarella allies of San Giovanni a Teduccio, in particular Salvatore Basile and Gaetano Gemei (who are not under investigation) would have gained predominance between Somma Vesuviana and Sant'Anastasia, especially in the management of drug trafficking.
From the investigations, it emerged that starting from 2017 the De Bernardos moved to the only Somma Vesuviana. And in the meantime the D'Ambrosio group was conquering spaces in Sant'Anastasia thanks to the support of contacts linked to the De Luca Bossa-Schisa-Minichini clan, of which the ras Roberto was already the area leader in Cercola. Also on this side the main illicit activity was drug trafficking, but without disdaining extortion.
Fatima Tubelli's role in managing the D'Ambrosio clan's coffers
From the investigative findings and the stories of the informants it emerged that the role of Fatima Tubelli wife of Fiorentino Eduardo Mammoliti, arrested yesterday. The woman in fact managed the money from the drug dealing and paid the affiliates. The 31-year-old would have been the cashier of the D'Ambrosio clan: she guarded the proceeds from drug trafficking by making them flow into the common fund and then paying the salary to the affiliates and the families of the prisoners.
