Naples, thief robs customers of bars and restaurants pretending to ask for alms

A thief entered a restaurant pretending to beg and stole a customer's cell phone. Surveillance footage, however, captured the entire scene. The man enters the restaurant and looks around for valuables left on the tables, discards a first table and immediately spots a cell phone on the one in front.
Then he approaches and pretends to beg, distracts the customer and pockets the cell phone. A waiter sees that he was bothering the customers and sends him away, without realizing the theft. The video was sent to the deputy Borrelli to report the incident and warn people.

"This individual must be stopped as soon as possible. A skilled thief and con man who leaves nothing to chance. From the images it seems to be a well-tested technique and who knows how many thefts he has already committed. Fortunately, video surveillance has captured him clearly and it should not be difficult for the police to identify him.
One thing is certain, citizens and tourists of this city find no peace, they must always be alert ready to face any danger, even when you are sitting at a restaurant table enjoying a bit of rest. The criminal drift of this city must be responded to with firmness, hitting back blow for blow".
