The car that crashed into a house in Sant'Agnello on the Sorrento Peninsula at dawn this morning has been recovered by firefighters.

The driver of the car lost control, perhaps because he was drunk and due to the speed, the vehicle first overturned, then fell off a cliff, ended up on a house and finally caught fire.

In short, a scene from an American movie with a lot of chases. The driver, a 22-year-old, was taken to the hospital and is not in danger of life. The accident occurred in the Colli di Fontanelle area, the road that leads to Positano, in the municipality of Sant'Agnello, where the Carabinieri of the Sorrento radiomobile unit then intervened.

The boy in hospital underwent all the necessary tests to establish whether he was fit to drive at the time of the accident.
