"These are strong tremors. There are many, repeated. And I understand your fears. For this reason, I immediately convened the Municipal Operations Center to address all the possible critical issues caused by the latest bradyseism tremors. I have decided to close all schools, public and private, of bacoli. And of every order and degree. It is a precautionary closure, to be able to carry out all the necessary checks".

He says this in a long post on the official Facebook page Josi Gerardo Della Ragione, mayor of Bacoli.

And then she adds: “This evening, with our municipal technicians, we will dedicate ourselves to checks at private facilities, homes, buildings of anyone who asks us for help, support. We are at your complete disposal. We are monitoring the situation, with absolute scrupulousness.

On the streets, with patrols of the Municipal Police and Civil Protection. I understand your fears. Because they are the ones that the whole city lives. We are here, with you, to face every problem. And we will be here all night. We will overcome this too”.

“After the two strong earthquakes caused by the phenomenon of bradyseism, I immediately activated the (Coc) Municipal Operations Center to start the monitoring and measures necessary to guarantee the safety of the citizens of Quarto. At this time I want to reassure the city.

There are no problems and we are proceeding with checks on public buildings. Tomorrow, Tuesday 21 May, all schools in the area, both public and private, will remain closed only as a precaution, to allow technicians to carry out the checks.

The situation is under control and for any reports you can contact the following number: 3355712128. The invitation is to always respect all the rules and remain calm”. The mayor of Quarto wrote this on Facebook, Antonio Sabino.
