IThe Fabula Award currently underway in Bellizzi (Salerno) continues to amaze and engage the young participants, known as “dreamers”. Here is a rundown of the main activities and prominent guests who will enliven the next days of the festival.
Vittoria Puccini's Speech
Yesterday, dreamers had the opportunity to meet actress Vittoria Puccini. "It makes my heart feel good to be here with you. I find this initiative wonderful that gives us adults the hope that the new generations can do something good and important", said Puccini, referring to the 14th edition of the Fabula Award. The actress, who will soon be in the cinema with “Incanto”, spoke about her new role as an antagonist, underlining how difficult it was to play a wicked character, especially surrounded by children, an experience very far from her reality.
Meeting Calendar
Today, the young participants will meet Giulia Sara Salemi and Francesco Montanari, while tomorrow, Saturday 31 August, it will be the turn of Martin Castrogiovanni. The former rugby player of Argentine origin, known as “Castro”, will reach the Arena Troisi together with other illustrious guests. Castrogiovanni is known for being one of the three players to have reached one hundred appearances in the Italian national rugby team.
The Special Guests
Before Castrogiovanni's arrival, the dreamers will meet Iris Ferrara, who will present her book "Osso di seppia". Afterwards, it will be the turn of Giuseppe Fiamingo, elected best teacher in Italy. Fiamingo, a teacher at the "Fratelli Vianeo" scientific high school in Tropea, won the fifth edition of the Atlante Italian Teacher Award thanks to his innovative projects ranging from Sila to Japan.
Visit of Monsignor Andrea Bellandi
Even HE Monsignor Andrea Bellandi, Archbishop of the Diocese of Salerno – Campagna – Acerno, will make his usual visit to greet and encourage the Fabula boys, thus enriching a program already full of significant and stimulating events.
Hosted by Gaetano Pecoraro
Tomorrow's evening in Piazza del Popolo will be hosted by Le Iene journalist and writer Gaetano Pecoraro, who expressed his enthusiasm for returning to Fabula: "I can't wait to come back and hear what the Fabula kids have to say." The atmosphere of the Fabula Award is therefore confirmed as a fertile ground for growth and inspiration for the young participants, thanks also to the presence of prominent figures from the world of culture, sports and education.
