Ua day that seems normal, but that could surprise you at every corner. The 24nd June, Naples transforms into an open-air stage with a constellation of live events that escape labels, between dreams, bitter laughter and music that gets inside you.
The Campania Teatro Festival will be transformed tomorrow into an explosion of emotions and surprises: not just a simple billboard, but a word of mouth of “wow” in the streets of Naples. From Politeama at the Carriage Courtyard, passing through the ancient charm of the New Theatre and the mystery of the royal alleys, each place hides a little secret ready to come out under the spotlight. An opportunity to be surprised by the lightness, the grotesque, the myth and even by a concert suspended between fairy tale and nostalgia.
Behind each title — seemingly cryptic — lies a world to explore: suspended acrobatics, portraits of untamed women, guitars that sing timeless stories, and artisans who shape primordial beauty. The common thread? The enchantment of that moment in which the impossible becomes reality before our eyes, without the need for words.
The Festival That Unleashes Wonder
Al politeama, a show awaits you that seems to have come out of a Fellini dream: “Titzé – A Venetian Dream” by the visionary Daniele Finzi Pasca. Ten artists between acrobatics, clowning and visual magic will make you travel in suspended worlds, between surreal rains and floating objects. You don't even need to speak to be enchanted.
But if you prefer a rougher and more poetic narration, then sit down at New Theatre “Measuring the frogs’ jump” by Carrozzeria Orfeo. An intense and all-female dark comedy, where three women search for answers and rebirth in a village suspended in time, balanced between memories and taboos never overcome.
Il Courtyard of the carriages of the Royal Palace instead hosts the talent and sensitivity of Blacks Marcorè, who returns with a concert dedicated to Fabrizio De André. Guitar, poetry and silences that speak more than a thousand words. And for those who love sculpture as a language of rebellion, “Venuses” al Tede'r tells the story of femininity through the hands of three artisans and a collective ritual that touches on myth to talk about the present.
The written word comes to life with Tonino Taiuti, which brings Totò back to the literary scene with irony and respect, and the cinema closes the circle with “Duse – The Greatest”, a documentary by Sonia Bergamasco on the diva of divas. And if after all this you just want to relax, the True Blues Band awaits you in the Romantic Garden, among drinks, live music and vintage vibes.
🎟️ Entrance from 5 to 8 euros, free for those who qualify. But certain emotions are priceless.

The article describes an interesting event in Naples that has many different aspects. It would be nice to see how theater and music intertwine in these historic places, but I wonder if there will be enough audience for all the shows.
