Pusher arrested in the Spanish Quarter of Naples
UA man was arrested yesterday in the alleys of the Spanish Quarter during a State Police drug operation. He is a 46-year-old Neapolitan man, already known to law enforcement, who was caught selling marijuana and cocaine in broad daylight.
The incident occurred in Vico Lungo Gelso, where officers from the Montecalvario Police Station, conducting a territorial patrol, observed the man handing over something in exchange for money to another individual. They responded immediately: the officers arrested both men, discovering that the exchange was a drug deal.
A small bag of marijuana and €175 in small bills, likely the proceeds of the sale, were found in the dealer's pocket. The buyer, however, had a dose of cocaine with him and was fined for possession for personal use.
